Here are three stories I'm not particularly interested in, but feel I should be covering anyway (talk about your ringing endorsements!):

Comments:
The case isn't strong at all. Google is not linking to copyrighted material, it is simply located within an automated index. In the P2P cases, the courts ruled that even though copyrighted material was available on their networks, they were not liable because it was the users who were violating copyrights, not the company. I think Google's index operates under the same rules.
