Don't Call Tech Support! Call On Google explains how it's a lot faster and more accurate to use Google when you have a problem than to call tech support, since you can simply post the error message in Google and find out what other people with the same problem are saying. Of course, when it comes to replacing hardware, you still need to call support for that when you find out the problem, but at least this time you can tell the call center guy what went wrong, instead of waiting for him to read that part of the manual.
