Google Creates Special Firefox Page

Google has created a special start page for Firefox users, in order to celebrate the release of Firefox 1.0. It doesn't seem to do anything different, just look different, but it does seem to say that Google is serious about Firefox. The page drops most of the links from Google's home page, including Froogle, but adds a Firefox Tip Of The Day, plus links to Firefox add-on, help, and merchandise. Google Blogoscoped says it is suitable as a browser default page for Firefox, which is even more interesting since it apparently is the default home page when you install Firefox.
