Google Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit
Google is suing Skyline Software Systems, a company which makes a product similar to Keyhole, for patent infringement, Gary at Search Engine Watch has learned. Presumably, Keyhole (and now Google) holds some patents on the processes involved, and we'll see if the court feels Skyline is encroaching.

Here is what I know about that case:

Plaintiff skyline sued keyhole in massachusetts. Keyhole filed a motion to transfer the case to california. And then google filed a lawsuit in california seeking a declaration of noninfringement and patent invalidity.

Thanks, Chris!
