Google vs. Geico Trial Ready To Start
The Google / Geico trial is scheduled to get underway on Monday in Alexandria, VA. Google's defense? Since the keywords that trigger the ads are invisible, and the ads do not contain the word Geico, no law was broken. National Underwriter has a great summary of the details of the case.
