Weird Google Quirk
Zorgloob has hatched on to a very strange phenomenon. Type in the address of any Google domain plus six slashes (example: http://www.google.com//////) and compare it to the regular Google home page. Weird. Any idea why that happens?

In other news, the Groups link on Google search pages finally links to the new Google Groups. Sure took awhile. Now, are we ever going to find out what all the craziness was about?

Comments:
My security software caught the request and warned me that my computer was making a Redundant_Slashes_in_URI attack. Disabling the software showed me that most of the links on googles home page disapeared. Odd.
